It has 5 manufacturing units in India. 1 in Sikkim, 1 in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, 2 units in Puducherry which is also their headquarters, and 1 in Tannery, Chennai.

Baggit is one of the leading fashion accessory brands in India today. It was established by Nina Lekhi in the year 1990.

Nina Lekhi started making simple canvas bags at home with colourful patterns and convinced a showstopper to her creations in his shop. Her products slowly became popular, and then people across the street wanted it more, stores wanted it and slowly the business gained growth.
